We act as an interface to all areas and target groups and create networks to enable synergies for topics and/or target groups. Support and development of doctoral students, postdocs, associated researchers, junior research group leaders and junior professors on their career path

Personnel Development

We are the point of contact for all employees and managers and offer a portfolio of counselling services, HR development tools and training programmes.

Team Gender Equality & Diversity

The team GE&D works closely with the Equal Opportunities Officers, the Representative for Disabled Persons, the Women's Executive Board and the Postdoc Team and has been given the task of advancing the topics in the area of diversity.
